Jim Bell is a retired international advertising executive and business consultant living in East Lothian, Scotland. He took up painting some 20 years ago as a hobby.
He is the Vice Chair of Musselburgh Art Club and has exhibited his work at a number of locations in Edinburgh and East Lothian.
